This title is not very google-y to begin with. It shows a sense of entitlement and privilege, which perhaps the author didn't intend to and may be used it as a click bait.
The reasons listed by the interviewer are all valid. One thing he might want to add to make this more emphatetic and humane is that a lot of candidates get overwhelmed with the name "Google". For many of them it's their dream job and they let emotions take over them and hence they stutter. It also doesn't help that a lot of google interviewers are cold and don't really make the interview a pleasant experience.
Being a former googler and having seen life outside Google, I can say that while I enjoyed my time at Google, I also felt that it made me lazy and less risk prone. While I think it's the best company for engineers, is it good for your career for extended periods of time, perhaps not.
