1) The 10,000 hour rule. Malcolm Gladwell mentioned this in his outliers book about to get to a proficient level, we need to put in 10k hours and it won't happen if we keep thinking of perfect ideas!

2) Atomic habits. We need to break the mental Barriers that prevent us from thinking to executing. The less barriers we put in the more we can deliver.
