Very funny. But, jokes apart, I think there is a role for a leader to play in an organization and hierarchy is an unfortunate reality or rather a fortunate reality. A great leader can do wonders to his team while a poor leader can break the morale and cause toxicity.

Would love you to do a take on the fluffy, lack of leadership culture that emanates from the valley especially. You know the ones, who get to work by 10 am, hit the gym, sip the latte and then leave by 5 pm with their dinner boxes on the shuttle stuff. pretty sure the days are numbered for these types, but would be a good satirical piece on the other side of the spectrum.
