I do see the value of FAAMG on the resume and it can open doors for you far quicker than some other companies, but the key is how you handle your experience and time at these companies. If you think u won a lottery and dont invest in your skillset, you will slowly become obsolete. But, if you use this to do challenge yourself, you definitely get to work on very interesting problems at scale and become a great engineer as well.
