Either in this or a followup post, can you share details on how to manage to get a reorg working for large scale changes?

Like, some of the details to make a reorg successful are needed from the managers who may be impacted. For example, you talk about "seams". How do you as a leader get that information? Curious on who are all involved in a reorg discussion and how it gets formed once there is a desire to do a reorg originates.
