Plus, add in the stress of being in the classroom in today's political climate, where teachers can be sued from left and from right and we have got a real problem.

To fix teaching in America, we need to radically transform the education system and stop playing politics. Or else, we are going to lose a whole lot of talented teachers and our country is already going down a slippery slope.
